Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. We offer Economy and Standard shipping options through major carriers. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Scented Canine is not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
