Return Policy

We want you and your dog to love every product you receive from Scented Canine. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with. This includes any product where the seal has been broken.
How to Request a Return
Email us at returns@scentedcanine.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Scented Canine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: any opened or used product, tester units, sample sizes, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@scentedcanine.com with photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.
